The SourceLedger public website at sourceledger.app is operated by AiBC (AI Business Consultants). This site is primarily informational — it describes the SourceLedger product, managed deployment model, and how to request a consultation.
This site does not run a backend application, does not create user accounts, does not store documents, and does not connect to SourceLedger Core infrastructure.
Information we do not collect
- This site does not use cookies beyond what your browser or hosting provider may set by default.
- This site does not operate a contact form on its own servers.
- This site does not collect, store, or process client documents.
- This site does not require account creation or authentication.
Consultation request form
If you submit a consultation request through the CTA on this site, that form is hosted and operated by Airtable. Information you provide in that form (such as your name, organization, and contact details) is received by Airtable and by AiBC for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Please review Airtable's Privacy Policy for information on how Airtable handles form submissions.
Important: Do not submit confidential documents through the consultation form.
The public consultation form is for initial contact only. Source documents, client records, internal procedures, and other confidential materials should never be submitted through a public web form. SourceLedger deployments include separate, governed onboarding and source-ingestion processes managed by AiBC.
SourceLedger deployments
Managed SourceLedger deployments — where client documents are governed, classified, and made available through a source-governed AI system — operate under separate agreements and separate infrastructure. The governance and privacy practices of a SourceLedger deployment are determined by the deployment configuration, client agreement, and AiBC operating procedures, not by this public website.
Third-party services
This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Google may collect technical information as part of font delivery. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
Static hosting of this site may be provided by Firebase Hosting, Cloudflare Pages, or a similar provider. Those providers may collect server logs (IP address, request time, page requested) in accordance with their own policies.
No warranties or certifications
This privacy policy describes the intent and current design of this public website. It does not constitute a legal contract, HIPAA Business Associate Agreement, SOC 2 attestation, or any other compliance certification. SourceLedger deployment agreements address applicable compliance requirements in context.
